GORILLOT — FIT FOR LIFE
Since 2010 we have been helping people turn fitness into a way of life. Not through trends or shortcuts, but through intelligent training, an experienced team, and a community that makes you want to come back tomorrow.
We do not train to get better at training. We train to be stronger, healthier and more capable in everything waiting for us outside the gym.
Our approach combines strength, endurance, technique and movement in a balanced, varied way. We focus on what genuinely moves you forward, we look after your body along the way, and we make sure every session brings you closer to your goal — without burnout, without shortcuts, and without losing interest.
We believe in doing the right things, for the right reasons, for the right people. So every session, every movement and every decision here is meant to help you get stronger, keep progressing, and build fitness that stays with you for years to come.
This is not just a place to train. It is our home, and we want you to feel at home in it too.

Our training

WOD
Workout Of The Day
Our core class, and the one most members build their week around. It covers every element of fitness in a way that is balanced, varied and genuinely challenging.
Every session opens with strength work and technique practice, then finishes with a conditioning effort combining bodyweight movement and loaded work — so you leave stronger, sharper and fitter across the board.
For everyone. Always.

FBB
Functional Bodybuilding
Focused strength work running from heavy compound lifts all the way down to small muscle groups and precise, isolated work.
Unlike a conventional gym floor, we use no machines — only free weights. You build a body that does not just look strong, but performs in everything life asks of it.
For anyone who wants to build muscle, get stronger, and get more out of every session.

WOMEN STRENGTH
Strength training is the key to a body that stays strong, lean and healthy for decades. That understanding is what this class was built on — and it has become one of the most in-demand sessions we run.
Every movement is chosen specifically for our female members, to help you get stronger, build confidence, and feel better in your own body.
For women aged 17 to 75.

ENDURANCE
This is where you build the engine.
Longer sessions than anything else on our schedule, with lower technical demand and significantly lighter loads — so you can focus on cardiovascular endurance and your ability to keep working over time.
If you are out of breath at the first sign of effort, or you simply love hard aerobic work, this one is for you.

WEIGHTLIFTING
The class for anyone who loves precision and progress in technique.
Every session we learn and refine the Olympic snatch and clean and jerk, build explosive power, speed and control, and get into the small details that separate another lift from a perfect one.
For anyone who wants to learn, improve, and fall for one of the most challenging and captivating strength disciplines in all of sport.

YOGA
Our yoga sessions are the counterweight to everything else that happens here.
A chance to improve range of motion, build flexibility, release accumulated load, and give your body the recovery it needs to keep getting stronger.

TEEN GORILLOT
Our youth sessions are for ages 12–15 and cover every element of physical fitness, with an approach adapted to what they need at this critical stage of their lives.
We focus on building a physical foundation, self-confidence, and habits that will serve your children for years to come.
They will run, jump, climb, learn to move well, and learn to handle external loads that support their growth.
The group runs all year round, except August.

Nutrition coaching
Nutrition is far more than a meal plan. It is habits, everyday routine, motivation, and the ability to keep going over time.
Personal guidance from an experienced professional will always be worth more than another app or another plan found online. When someone knows you, understands your goals and can spot what is getting in the way, results come more easily — and they last.
Every process begins by measuring your body data and establishing a clear starting point. From there we can track progress, refine the approach and adapt it to you at every stage.
We do not believe in magic solutions or extreme diets, but in building the right habits and results you can hold on to for years.
